Okay, I admit I am not even wearing green right now. I pretty much forgot because I had to get up early to go do a GD (gestational diabetes) and iron test. I passed with flying colors (even if I wasn't wearing the right colors). Woot-woot! On our way to go eat at O-(the Original Pancake House which is SO GOOD, I recommend it) we passed a school yard and it was so cute to see all the kids in their green. Remember those people in grade school and beyond that would hide their green just so when you pinched them, they could get you back ten times? I feel like one of those today because the tag "Motherhood Maternity" on this shirt my mom bought me is written in green. Ha, I guess I am just a bully. I know what my son would be wearing if he weren't in my belly today thanks to family in Florida for sending us a bunch of 0-3 month CA-UTE baby clothes :)! There is a lime-green onesie :)
I feel my belly is getting larger these days. I am now in my third trimester and beginning my seventh month.
It also depends on what I am wearing. I admit I hope I don't end up pushing out a big baby...
Also, the last post is for my beautiful niece. She was born with spina bifada about a year ago and as much as she may struggle physically, she is so angelic and BEAUTIFUL! I bet all 4 of my nieces have on their green for sure (not to mention the 5 nieces and 4 nephews on the other side of the family). If I was with you 13, I would make you all a green sugar cookie because you are all sweeties!
PS. Do you know who Saint Patrick really is? I challenge everyone to look him up if you don't. He was a bishop/ minister in Ireland. He said he prayed 100 times a day! If only I could do that, I may actually be able to say enough thank yous for all the things I have...
